Email support@briefloft.com for help with your account, proposals, or billing. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
Account and sign-in help
If you cannot sign in, use the password reset option on the sign-in page. Include the email address on your account when contacting support, but never include your password.
Proposal help
Tell us the proposal title and what happened. Do not include private client information unless it is necessary to investigate the issue.
Billing help
For subscription, cancellation, or payment questions, include the account email and the date of the charge. Never email full card numbers or security codes.
Privacy and legal
Review our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Data Processing Addendum, and AI Transparency Notice. Privacy questions may also be sent to privacy@briefloft.com.
